Complete dentures can be either conventional or immediate and they are used when there are no teeth left. Partial dentures can be either removable or fixed. Partial dentures are used when one or more natural teeth remain in the upper or lower jaw. At Woodstream Dental, our dentists, working alongside our in-house denturist, can use dental implants to stabilize loose dentures.
